Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Not all products or areas are eligible for delivery; if your order is not eligible for delivery, Massy stores shall notify you as soon as possible and you must pick up the order at one of our stores
All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond our control including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delays by suppliers.
Please note that your delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, weekends, or other busy periods.
